About
Since 2019, Operations School has been providing operations based education and consulting services. Our mission is to train, empower and equip startup and nonprofit leaders with the skills to successfully operate and scale their operations. We envision a world where minority business owners are no longer disadvantaged, they receive the skills, training and resources needed to thrive and are operational within 10 years of launching. Our mission is to empower marginal and minority owned startups and organizations with the education, resources and technical assistance needed to successfully manage their operations by providing high quality, innovative, systems driven programming. Our vision is to be the premier source for small business and nonprofit operations education and training in the metro Detroit area. Operations School aims to train 1,000 students each year through our courses and annual conference. We believe entrepreneurship is an equalizer and a critical pathway out of poverty. At Operations School, we believe that every entrepreneur with a desire to operate a business deserves the education, support and resources needed to achieve their goals.
