The Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic (GBCHC) is the largest, not for profit healthcare organization in the state of Michigan. The Clinic provides free general medical, specialty medical (For example, Cardiologist, ENT, Gynecologist, Podiatrist, Rheumatologist, etc.), full dental services, prescription medications, basic lab work, vision exams and eyeglasses, and vaccinations including COVID and flu. Income eligibility applies. A one person household can earn up to $34,000 annually. For each additional person in the household add an additional $11,800 to the $34,000. Using this formula a two person household can have a combined income of up to $45,800. Anyone living in the state of Michigan is eligible for services. None documented individuals are also eligible.
